Isometric Vet Clinic Pack: 46 Sprites (24 Objects + Room Set)
A downloadable asset pack
Isometric pixel-art objects for a modern veterinary clinic, plus a full room-building set, grid-ready and hand-curated.
46 sprites: 24 distinct objects plus the room set. Wall pieces come in two facings, which is why there are more sprites than objects.
Build a vet clinic in minutes: a reception desk with pet food retail, exam and treatment tables, a surgery table and X-ray, an ICU oxygen kennel, a stainless kennel bank and cat condo for boarding, a grooming tub and table, an underwater dog treadmill for rehab, and the patients themselves: a golden retriever, a cat in its carrier, a parrot, a rabbit and a lizard. All in one consistent 2:1 isometric style at true real-world scale. Every sprite is a transparent 64×64 PNG, bottom-anchored so it drops straight onto a 64×32 isometric grid. No lettering anywhere: screens are blank, food bags are plain colour.
What's inside
Big furniture and fixtures (13) - pharmacy cabinet, X-ray table, pet food display shelf, stainless kennel bank, grooming table with arm, underwater dog treadmill, cat boarding condo, ICU oxygen kennel, reception desk, bird cage on a stand, cat tree, grooming tub, reptile terrarium on a stand
Floor equipment and furniture (7) - exam counter with sink, wet treatment tub table, V-top surgery table, rabbit hutch, walk-on pet scale, hydraulic exam table, pet food sack pile
Pets and small pieces (4) - golden retriever (lying down), pet toy basket, dog bed, pet carrier with a cat
Room-building set - 2 seamless floor tiles (pale mint sheet vinyl for the exam rooms, and a cream and aqua checker for the waiting room); clinic window, leash hook rack, medicine wall cabinet, plain two-tone wall, X-ray lightbox, each in left and right facing, seamless in a run and meeting in a clean corner, plus end caps.
Format
- 64×64 PNG, transparent background, 2:1 isometric (dimetric)
- Real-world scale: every object is sized from its real dimensions in metres through one camera, so a retriever lies at the right size beside its exam table
- All sprites share one floor anchor, see the room mock-up screenshot, built entirely from pack assets
- README.txt included with the full sprite list, grid instructions and license
- Same 64×64 format and 64×32 grid as every other ThirdAngle pack. No object appears in more than one pack.

I'm with Batonic, sharing a listing-based asset suggestion. For a future vet-clinic add-on, would you consider a standing golden retriever and a cat outside its carrier, using the same 64×64 format and 64×32 floor anchor? Those could help show arrival and waiting-room scenes alongside the existing resting poses. Static variants would already be useful, with the additional sprites counted separately. I haven't bought or imported the pack.
Thanks for the suggestion! A standing retriever and a cat out of its carrier would round out the waiting room nicely. I'll look at adding them in a future update to the pack, in the same 64x64 format.
